local churches helps collect food, clothing, furniture...etc
*SafeHouse Shelter - for abused women and children - donations by
SOTH in

*Greater Birmingham Ministries – faith based response to poverty
by meeting
personal needs. Board member: Julia Mortensen
*AIDS Outreach – located in downtown Birmingham – donations by
SOTH in
January of new or used blankets.
*Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA) – Annual “Run for the
Son”
